Last night was very fun. I am enjoying having many things that make me happy on a daily basis. Walks with Wrigley, coffee with my husband, walks home from work with my new shuffle, runs with JP... etc. After the crazy stress of yesterday has been lifted, it seems life is way better than normal. It makes the sweet, sweet and good again. Interesting how the stress can be a blessing that way, eh? My thoughts are with Betty Ford today. Man, after six grueling days of following her husband's casket around, that poor woman can finally take a breather. I feel for her. Not only is she 88 ... but she had to hold it together for sooooo long and be so strong for those around her. She is a total trooper. I wonder if she feels like now she can actually grieve in private. I wonder how she is doing today? I hope she has people around her.... and that the silence of her home is not deafening. ........ Okay people. I need some buttistance. It seems that I reallly really suck at picking the football teams to win in the NFL. I am 12 games under Dax and need to make a come back this weekend with the playoffs. Who would you go with to win the following? Kansas City vs. Indianapolis Dallas vs. Seattle NY Jets vs. New England NY Giants vs. Philly If it were me... I would go with the following to win....
